The average listing price for week ending September 24^th was $765,279, up $2,887 (+ .4%) for week over week. Median Sales price is $295,000, up $20,000 (+7.3% year over year). Average Sales price year over year was $458,564 (+12.3%). Average price per sq ft is $174, (-3.3%) year over year. 2640 Homes for Sale, 1632 recently sold.
