A $4.7-MM grant will go for renovating and expanding the library located on 95th Avenue South in west Boca Raton. The existing building is 24,000 sq ft. Included will be a new drive up automated book drop off, interior and exterior capital maintenance expense items, renovations to interior finishes, and modernization of furniture, fixtures and equipment. Completion date is not yet known.
